Ishraq / Shurooq / Sunrise

Any chance sunrise time can change 15 minutes after rather than immediately?

Practically in the masjid this works best.

Showing next day's times is the better feature compared to times changing at midnight. But sunrise is different as those sitting in the masjid refer back to it 15 minutes later to pray their ishraq. On referring back to it they end up calculating the start of their ishraq based on the following days time which is a few minutes earlier causing them to pray ishraq in maqrooh time.

If this is difficult, is there the possibility of allowing users to specify which times use the next day feature and which times change at midnight instead?
