Changing the format for donations

Here in Sweden it’s a lot of confusing when you have a “,” or “.” In numbers

So when you have like examples 100 000 € and having that in 100,000€ or 100.000€ then people, and me also, think that it is only 100 €.

A option to remove “,” or “.” And only to have in numbers should be very welcome
