Tarawih time should be same time as Isha Athan NOT Isha start time

I mean it should be x minutes after Isha Iqamah, no athan. Let me explain a bit more. Tarawih is immediately after Isha Jamaat so when adding Tarawih time, we should state Tarawih at x minuts after Iqamah.
