Public-Facing Donation Transparency Visuals

We would like to request an optional transparency feature that displays a visual allocation breakdown after a donor completes a contribution.

This would appear on the donation confirmation page and/or email receipt only (not necessarily on the public campaign page).

The purpose would be to visually communicate how funds are allocated at a high level, based on predefined annual percentages set by the mosque administration.

For example:

Mosque Maintenance Allocation (2026)

• 40% Utilities

• 25% Repairs & Maintenance

• 15% Education & Programmes

• 10% Staff Costs

• 10% Community Services

Important clarification:

• The percentages would be manually set by the mosque (once per year or campaign).

• This would not represent automated financial routing or live accounting.

• It would be a visual transparency statement reflecting the mosque’s planned allocation model.

A simple pie or ring chart (similar to those already visible within the admin dashboard) would be sufficient.

This feature would:

• Enhance donor confidence

• Improve transparency culture

• Encourage recurring donations

• Align with modern expectations of institutional accountability
