Prayer Timetable for Download

How do we include a link for our prayer timetable to be downloaded from for Pages (Web) and Applications (Mobile App)? we have a link on our host servers but need for it to be downloaded when a download is pressed?

Perhaps a widget to customise the HTML code to allow the timetable to be downloaded from a specific URL. Or even better, an option to upload prayer timetable in pdf format to our MasjidBox library to create a download link from here?
