Prayer times: fixed time or minutes after Adhan

Each Prayer time should have the option for the Iqamah to be either a fixed time of day, or minutes after Adhan.

ATM, either you upload each day and time, or either you make all 5 prayers a certain number of Minutes after Adhan.

For our congregants who pray with us and they work, we need a fixed time for some prayers. and others can be minutes after Adhan.

Those working are taking time out of their work day to come pray in congregation. They need a fixed time for those prayers. (in our case, Dhuhr, Asr and Isha)

It's silly that this feature isnt already available.
