Arabic month names

Arabic month names do not match what is used across much of the Arab world and cannot be edited from the Languages section of the dashboard. For example, we expect August to be "أغسطس" but instead it is "غثت" currently. There should be a general setting for the month names or at least the ability to override the names through the Languages section.
