add option to send a mjpg stream directly from the masjidbox player

right now i have one masjidbox player sending a signal over hdmi to a http streaming box that sends the feed over the natwork and multiple tvs listen in on that feed some are offsite in out other locations too but it should be possible for the raspberry pi to send the feed directly over its eth port and the streaming box wont be needed
